DMCA Policy
Welcome to Wine Shop's DMCA Policy page. Wine Shop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. We will promptly remove content that is found to be infringing, and we may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Please send your complete DMCA notice to us via the contact details provided on our Contact Us page.

Please send your complete DMCA counter-notification to us via the contact details provided on our Contact Us page.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward a copy to the original complaining party.
